I strongly recommend Grietje Pottie as a registrar for your wedding. It’s not a secret for anyone, that preparation for wedding can be quite stressful, especially when you are in a new country and you don’t understand the language of this country. So, I was pretty impressed with everything. Our first meeting was nice and gave me a good picture of the ceremony. Grietje did all the best to make our ceremony lovely, personal and emotional. All our guests (from the USA, Holland and Russia) were impressed and liked it really-really a lot.
Grietje did a great job: she did the ceremony in 2 languages (both Dutch for the official part and English as a part of our story and vows). And I would like to mention something really special for me – she was so sweet, that she suggested to say some greeting words in Russian for my mom and my witness. It was really brave of her, because she doesn’t know Russian of course and Russian is a really difficult language. But she did! It was quite impressive and sweet.
